Each of our projects may have its own privacy policy and terms of use, available directly in the application or on its website.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
The data controller is WeMakeStuff.ai, operating the websites wemakestuff.ai, readfluffy.com, and bazarbot.ai. Contact: jakub@wemakestuff.ai.
2. Data We Collect
We only process data you provide directly (e.g. email address during registration or via a contact form) and technical data necessary for operating the service (IP address, cookies, access logs). We do not process sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data to provide our services, communicate with users, and improve our products. We do not sell data to third parties and do not share it without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Cookies
Our websites may use essential technical cookies required for the site to function, and analytics cookies to measure traffic (Google Analytics or equivalent). Analytics cookies can be declined in your browser settings.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Exercise your rights by emailing jakub@wemakestuff.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Projects
Dayswaps.com is a project of a different company and is governed by its own privacy policy, available at dayswaps.com.

By using the websites and applications of WeMakeStuff.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or applications.

WeMakeStuff.ai operates the products readfluffy.com and bazarbot.ai. Each product may have its own terms of use available directly within the application. These general terms apply to all our products unless stated otherwise.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks are the property of WeMakeStuff.ai or their respective owners. Copying, distributing, or modifying content without prior written consent is not permitted.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any outages, errors, or damages arising from the use of our products. Always back up your important data.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or an in-app notice. The date of the last revision is always shown at the top of this document.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
