I'm an entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience across business development, sales, marketing, and product management. My focus is on building technology that makes real operational problems disappear — for both businesses and everyday people.
In 2018 I co-founded Dayswaps — a workforce management platform that today helps 100+ companies across six Central and Eastern European countries plan shifts, manage absences, and stay compliant with labour law. We secured venture capital backing from a Czech VC fund to scale the product and expand internationally.
In 2026 I started WeMakeStuff.ai — a company I founded to explore what AI can do for everyday consumer problems. We've shipped Read Fluffy (AI stories for kids) and BazarBot.ai (an AI negotiation agent for online classifieds). More coming.
